Although I often wish I was one of them, I am grateful that my life is full of so many choices and so many things to do. Yes, life feels hectic sometimes but I enjoy exploring this crazy adventure called life. I love my family: my hubby, my kids, my dogs, my friends and students. I try my very best to make the most of what I have.... my gifts, my talents, my resources, my hearts desires. Life is too short to complain about how things aren't perfect. I choose to make the most of what I am and I encourage you to do the same. As we take responsibility, care, and joy in our own lives we make space for others to do the same. I'm a mom, a yoga teacher, a fitness trainer, a blogger, an artist at heart, and a nurturer of life and love.
